5-pocket jeans, T shirt, Perfecto jacket, tank top, button-up shirt: these and other garments, classic and cliché, were once symbols of rebellious and radical subcultures of the 20th century. Over time they have become unassumingly generic. The meaning of these garments “wore off;” and today they are mainstream. My goal was to infuse them with new radical meaning, and to reinstate them in the extraordinary.
Using digital disruptions, dress mutations or fashionable “variants” were formed. Digital software created an unexpected effect on the most expected garments. The resulting design undermines the functionality of the garments: it disrupts them in order to reveal their essence. Common materials such as denim, leather and cotton confuse the viewer with their everyday connotations, and one is invited to observe the ordinary in a new way. The collection aims to distort archetypes of masculinity, playing with an optical illusion of normativity.

ג׳ינס חמישה כיסים, חולצת טי, ג׳קט פרפקטו, גופיית סבא, חולצת משבצות: פריטי לבוש אלו ואחרים, שהם בין קלאסיקה לקלישאה, הפכו מסמל של תת-תרבות מרדנית ורדיקלית במאה ה-20 לבגדים גנריים לחלוטין.
לאורך הזמן נשחקו אותם פריטים ממשמעותם, ובפרויקט הגמר רציתי להזריק בהם משמעות חדשה, להחזיר אותם להיות יוצאים מן הכלל.
בעזרת שיבוש דיגיטלי של פריטים ארכיטיפיים ממלתחת הגברים, נוצרו מוטציות של לבוש, ״וריאנטים״ אופנתיים. התוכנות הדיגיטליות יצרו אפקטים מפתיעים, בפריטי לבוש צפויים.
העיצוב חותר תחת הפונקציונליות של הבגד, הוא מפריע ומשבש אותו על מנת לחשוף את מהותו. חומרים שכיחים כמו ג׳ינס, עור וכותנה מרכיבים מערכות לבוש המבקשות לבלבל את הצופה, ומזמינות אותו להסתכל על הרגיל בפרספקטיבה חדשה.
הקולקציה משבשת קלישאות של גבריות, ומציגה אשליה אופטית של נורמטיביות.
