Jobs in the labor market are changing according to the development of technology innovation.
White-collar workers, with academic education, and blue-collar workers, middle-class, manual workers - will be integrated into one position and will create a new collar.
My final project with the question: what will the future workers wear in 2030?
I was inspired by white-collar and blue-collar worker's wardrobe.
On the one hand, a strict office dress code and on the other hand, durable working clothes, adapted to outdoor work environment.
The blue-collar working space is transforming into smart, sterile and digital complexes. The large working tools are going smaller and some even disappear, and accordingly, the work uniforms changes.
The collection combines tailored along with items like lab coat, apron and tool belt.
Fabrics combination such as cotton, nylon and denim, along with fresh pastel color palette are meant to express the individuality of the wearer and technological and digital innovation.

התפקידים במשק העבודה משתנים בהתאם להתפתחות החדשנות הטכנולוגית. עובדי הצווארון הלבן, בעלי השכלה אקדמאית, ועובדי הצווארון הכחול, עובדי כפיים ממעמד הaביניים, ישתלבו לכדי תפקיד אחד ויצרו צווארון חדש.
פרויקט הגמר שלי עוסק בשאלה - איך ייראו בגדי העבודה של עובדי העתיד בשנת 2030?
בפרויקט שאבתי השראה מהמלתחה של עובדי הצווארון הלבן ועובדי הצווארון הכחול.
מצד אחד, קוד לבוש משרדי ומוקפד ומנגד, בגדי עבודה עמידים, המותאמים לסביבת עבודה חיצונית ומלוכלכת.
עבודות הכפיים עוברות שינוי למתחמים חכמים, סטרילים ודיגיטליים.
כלי העבודה הגדולים עוברים הקטנה ואף נעלמים ובהתאמה גם מדי העבודה משתנים.
הקולקציה מחברת בין פריטי לבוש מחויטים ופורמליים לבין פריטים הלקוחים מעולם העבודה כמו סינר, חלוק, וחגורת כלים.
שילובי בדים כמו כותנה, ניילון, דריל וג‘ינס, יחד עם צבעוניות פסטלית ומרעננת נועדו לבטא את האינדיבידואליות של הלובש ואת החדשנות הטכנולוגית והדיגיטלית.
