One of the themes that has consumed humanity from the moment of realization that life is not eternal is leaving behind a mark on the world. 

Albert Camus, the existential philosopher, describes life as absurd and claims that man stands in acute contradiction to the unending need to understand the nature of the world and the meaning of our existence and therefore casts life into roles and structures.

The understanding of how the body leaves a mark on an article of clothing led me to design and execute a menswear collection consisting of bespoke tailored pieces, where I tailor each design to each specific model, constructing patterns and structures while amplifying, accentuating, and intensifying certain elements of the wearer’s body. 

Another design principle that led the design of the collection was the idea of externalizing undergarments that are usually hidden and thereby creating an imprint, leaving a mark on the garment.
